I am planning to stay for two days in Bhubaneshwar. I have only one day to visit Konark temple, Puri beach, and Jagannathji temple. Can anyone help me with the plan? What are other places I should visit?

Straight forward two days are not enough to visit puri but you can easily visit Konark temple, puri beach and Jagannathan temple in one day.
Konark sun temple is at a distance of 60 km from Bhubaneshwar city so it will take 1hr and 30 min to reach the temple by taxi so you should start your trip at 8 am in the morning.
It takes around 2 hrs. to visit the temple and click photographs etc.
and after that, you can go to Puri beach which is at a distance of 30 km from the temple which will take around 1hr. Puri beach is famous for its local stuff, eateries and mind-blowing beauty.
The nostalgic local people are great to see and talk over there. This beach is very popular among the tourist as it is also connected to the swargadwar which is a crematorium place for Hindus. While the afternoon arrives, you can go to visit Jagannathan temple which is at a distance of 55 km taking around 57 min to reach by taxi. This temple is very important pilgrimage destination and dedicated to Sri Jagannathan which is a form of Lord Vishnu. While the evening arises, you can head towards your stay travelling through the wonderful local markets and street sights.
With proper planning, you can visit all these places within a day. You start with Konark temple.
Leave by 8-9 am from Bhubaneshwar. A complete tour of the temple with guide and photo stops will take about one and a half hour.
After Konark temple, you can go to the beach. It is very close to the temple.
After spending time at the beach, you can proceed to Jagannath Puri temple. It will be less crowded by the time you reach in the afternoon.
Hence, your visit will be peaceful. If you like, you can strike a deal with a reasonable pundit to take you through the temple easily. After you have explored the temple, you can have the cooked Prasad as lunch. On your way back to Bhubaneshwar, you can visit the Dhauli Shanti stupa before sunset. The Stupa at sunset is a spectacular sight for photography. You will reach Bhubaneshwar by evening.
