We are a group of 13 adults including ladies and senior citizens. We want to visit Ladakh via Srinagar - Kargil - Leh - Nubra (Hinder) - Turtuk - Leh - Pangong - Leh - Tsomoriri - Jispa - Manali. Can anyone tell us if this itinerary is okay? Do we need to take any extra precautions for acclimatization?

Yes , the itinerary is good but as a traveller you should keep in mind certain points that avoid excess of altitude walk , avoid drinking and if you are a blood pressure patience than don't visit these places .
Yes, the itinerary is fine. Your journey will take a gradual ascent which will help in preventing Acute Mountain Sickness. You wonat require any extra medication or oxygen on this route either. Also the elderly (50+ age group) are able to cope better with the altitude than youngsters. Drinking too much can also lead to symptoms similar to severe mountain sickness. Avoid liquor and heavy, oily, deep fried food.
