However, culinary vacations are very much different to the normal vacations. The culinary vacations are all about to enjoy the food specialities of that particular region rather than roaming around the sculptures or the mountains. People tend to spend more time knowing about different food cuisines and gather their knowledge around that on culinary vacations. The Lets Go Cook La Bonne Cuisine, France

The tour starts from a castle hotel, from the 14th Century, situated in the heart of the very famous Burgundy Region in France. The world-renowned chefs start of by showing you how to make French Classics such as the coq au vin, cassoulet, wine-poached pears and bourguignon. These morning classes will be followed by ample of free time in the afternoon where you can easily go and discover the beautiful Pouilly-Fuisse and the Beaujolais wineries all by yourself. You can also choose to visit the Cluny Abbey, or an artisan cheese tasting besides an excursion to the brilliant Saturday Market in Chatillon village.

The Real Food Adventure, China

The food tour from intrepid begins from Beijing. Here, you will start with prowling the alleys in the town to search for some of the best street food in the land. You can also dine in the pub on the signature dish which is the Peking duck. You also get to explore the Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City. Later on, you head to the lands famous Donghuamen Night Market. You can easily snack on the deep fried centipedes or get some lizards on a stick. Soon, you will also visit the Xian to find more about the Terracotta Warriors after a trip to the Great Wall of China. You also will find yourself visiting a farm village to enjoy the spicy Sichuan Food Cuisine in Chengdu before wrapping the tour in the trendy bars and great restaurants in Shanghai.

The Taste of Peru, Peru

The tour will start in the heart of Peru at Lima. Here, you will learn how to prepare the traditional dishes of the Country in the main market. You will also appreciate the great complexity of different Grape Brandy (Piscos) which is the national liquor of the country. Soon enough, you will be on the move to the ancient capital of the Incan Empire, Cusco to look out for the Sacred Valley and the ruins of Machu Picchu. You will head back to the countryside after returning to Lima to find out more about the pachamanca. It is an ancient method where people used hot stones to cook the marinated vegetables and meats.

The two-week-long tour of many North Indian States including Delhi, Dharamsala, Rajasthan, Jaipur and Amritsar will provide you with an ample of opportunities to learn to cook the most exotic Rajasthani, Punjabi, Kashmiri and Awadhi dishes. The following day, you will gather together to proceed to the Atlas Mountains where you would be crossing a river by mule to reach a nearby mountain village.
